What are diffrences between "Pay as you go" and "Pro" plan?

If you choose "Pro" plan, all features will be enabled for you for unlimited shipment. If not you can enable all premium features per shipment by "Pay as you go".

When will the "Pay as you go" plan finish?

For every shipment you enable it, from the time it's enabled till the time the shipment is completely delivered(empty containers returned).

Do you have a free trial of your premium features?

Yes, when you sign up, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 7-day trial of the Shipup Pro plan.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill. "Pay as you go" plan has no downgrade.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. Including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay.

Do you offer any discounts?

If you choose an annual plan you can get 2 months free.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription under my company name?

Can I get API access?

We don’t have any API access plans available at the moment.

How accurate is Shipup data?

We use multiple data providers to come up with tracking reports. Our data providers are similar to the way you can get any information from using the Internet.
